4. The purpose of the processing of personal data

The personal data is used to maintain the customer relationship and to register analytical data. The information is also used to inform about the business, if the customer has allowed this. The customer has the right to prohibit the use of information concerning him or her for direct marketing.

Cookies and other identifiers have a fixed validity period, after which the server deletes the identifier.

11. Basis for protection of the register and protection measures

When handling the customer register, accuracy is observed, and the information that is processed is duly protected. Customer information is collected in a protected electronic database. To log in it, a username and password are required. The username for the customer register can only be granted by the main user, who also determines the level of the users' right to use the register.

The customer register is handled confidentially. The information is only processed by the employees of Dying Harvest Oy, whose duties this belongs to and which are bound by a duty of confidentiality. Customer information is preserved in electronic form and unnecessary paper printouts are duly destroyed.

12. Right of review and right to demand correction of information

The customer can request a file with their own personal information, which contains all personal information provided to us. Information can be requested by contacting us by e-mail. You can also request that your personal information be deleted or changed. The customer also has the right to prohibit the processing of his or her data for marketing purposes. A request to restrict the processing of data must be made by e-mail to the register's contact person.

The right to have our own data deleted does not apply to such personal data that we must retain in order to maintain the register, for legal reasons, for example to fulfill our accounting responsibility, or for data protection reasons.
